- Nutrition & Fitness Coaching (coaching communication through WhatsApp, Email or Instagram DM)
For this program, I will require check-in photos through email weekly or bi-weekly. These allow me todetermine and/or adjust and tweak your diet or cardio or both if necessary! You must turn in your photos on time so I can monitor your progress and adjust accordingly before the new week starts! Must have a gym membership access to lift weights. Note: At-Home Workouts available upon request with some fitness equipment needed. Must have at least a couple pairs of dumbbells and glute and/or mobility loop bands (preferably both) in order for me to design you an at-home workout program

This program is ideal for experienced lifters needing help with nutrition and structured workout programs.
12 Week Fitness Program includes;
- Meal Planner/Guide
- Workout Routine & Cardio Plan (no coaching from me, you follow the plan on your own)
- Supplements Recommendation
Meal guide is pre-calculated and custom designed to your Macros needs according to your fitness goals and current weekly fitness activities.Workout Plan is good for the whole 12 weeks and is designed to your fitness level. Must have a gym membership access to lift weights.
Note: At-home Workouts available upon request. Extra workout weekly routine available for purchase.~ routine is good to follow a minimum of 6 weeks up to 12 weeks max! After 12 weeks, you need to do a maintenance at least 4-8 weeks before starting the routine again if you need to lose more weight. Maintenance is good to use as a break from dieting for 12 weeks and take training down a notch to de-load on hard training days to give the body a break and recover.

Ideal if you are either looking for guidance in your first NPC Bikini Competition or if you love the physique of a Fitness Bikini competitor but are not interested in competing.
16 Week Bikini Competition Prep program includes;
- Cardio plan & workout routine
- Custom meal guide designed for your specific macro needs, including food selection and supplement recommendations
- 3 free posing lessons at 30 min. each
This program requires a minimum of 16 weeks to prep, and longer if needed. I will give you an honest assessment on how long you will need to prepare for a show.
Extra posing lessons are available for purchase.
Weekly/bi-weekly check-in pics are required (either through WhatsApp or email).
For this program I will require you to lift weights 5-6 days a week to sculpt your body in time for your competition (weight lifting experience is a plus, but newbies are definitely welcome).
